Thai Massage is an ancient form of therapeutic healing body work. It is a combination of pressure point work, joint mobilization and passive stretching assisting the body in releasing blocked energy and tight muscles. Gentle yoga stretches are also incorporated to assist with this release.
Thai massage is performed on a therapeutic mat on the floor. The client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing to allow ease of movement.

Thai massage is a very individual experience. Each session is customized and tailored to meet your needs; ranging from relaxing and passive, slow palm massage for stress reduction, to an energetic deep work massage using elbows, forearms and knees to apply stronger presses, accompanied by stretching, traction, and twists. Slow and rhythmic, each posture flows into the next creating the ultimate healing experience. Thai massage is performed on the floor, where elements of yoga stretching, joint articulation, facial stretch therapy, acupressure, breath work, and meditation are incorporated into traditional Thai massage.
During Thai massage hands, feet, arms and legs are used to guide you into various postures. Deep sustained pressure using a combination of rhythmic rocking, palming, and thumbing along energy (Sen) lines. Your massage will leave your muscles, joints and myofascia feeling soft, supple, and your entire being energized. You are fully clothed for the massage, but you have the option of having an aromatic oil (your choice of aromatherapy scents) applied to your neck, feet and calves during the massage.
“The Best Massage Ever”
This is the comment I get often. My goal is to create the best massage experience ever for my clients. Let me describe what I mean. In a 90 minute Thai massage session we will start you off in a comfortable chair with an herbal tea in your hand while your feet soak in a beautifully warm Epsom salt bath. After 10 minutes, I will gently scrub your feet before heading into the Thai massage room where you lay on a crisp white ultra-comfortable heated massage bed before i begin your treatment.
