I believe to the very core of my being that the body can change the mind. I believe that the body can create empowered states of physiological activity that actually promote states of cognitive healing, emotional healing and mental healing, but how?
By using an integrative approach of yoga, movement for trauma, and meditation, Breathe with Brad utilizes a unique brain to muscle re-education that combines traditional yoga postures, somatic education, breathing techniques, meditation and visualizations to expand your awareness of self. Incorporating whole body awareness utilizing customized movements and meditation, muscles are re-programmed to dissolve chronic pain, improve range of motion and regain strength and control. I will be guiding you into an experience where you will be invited to feel conscious alignment of mind/body/soul.
