I love to chant! It’s so funny, whenever I see certain peeps in yoga class and I know there is an “Om” coming, we all give that knowing glance to each other and just let that Om rip — we are going to Om as loud as we can from deep down in the belly to the crown of our head. ( You can make any sound that stimulates the viscera, the guts. By stimulating that area the vagus nerve goes and innervates down into the belly)
