Day #72 of Feeling Good Matters Challenge!

I have been AWOL lately posting about how I am doing with the Feeling Good Matters Challenge.

Many people know me as an outgoing “hugging yogi.” I definitely get energy by being with many many like minded people, but I also draw energy by being really quiet and private, like I have the past two weeks. It feels good again to hop back on the social media platform — so here I am.

Here is a little update on the Feeling Good Matters Challenge.
72 Days without a drink! The first 70 days going dry were hard, now it’s a piece of cake. Lol.

Speaking of cake, I have struggled the most with eating clean. I am now going to a registered dietician (lorna@theyogavine.ca)to dial in food eating habits . Lorna is awesome! She keeps me accountable, which I need during the dog days of this challenge. — I will post in detail in days to come about my eating lifestyle.

As far as movement, I let my body tell me what I need. Some weeks are full on hot sweaty flow classes, other times organic movements in my home studio are best.

Tina @scheerluckyoga has been absolutely killing this feeling good matters challenge. If you aren’t already following her, do so. Tina is the real deal. So inspiring to many.
